The unusual combination of products in this recipe will surprise you, but you probably have not tried anything tastier!

Everyone knows that walnuts and avocados are very nutritious. This is the beauty of this recipe: it is both healthy and satisfying.

Salad can be served as a side dish in fried chicken or baked salmon. Goes well with sandwiches.

What is necessary:

  • 100 g spinach (fresh);
  • 1 onion (red);
  • 200 g strawberries;
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar;
  • a quarter of a ripe avocado;
  • 2 tbsp walnut (chopped).

Cooking steps:

Cut the strawberries into slices, and the onion into half rings.

Cut a quarter of an avocado into slices.

In a deep bowl, mix spinach, strawberries and vinegar. Drizzle it all with lemon juice. Decorate with avocado slices and sprinkle with nuts.
