Soup can be prepared with fresh peas or frozen. With fresh taste will be richer. You can also serve it in two ways — hot and cold.
- peas — 6 glasses;
- parsley — half a bunch;
- mint — half a bunch;
- onions — 1 pc.;
- broth — 4 cups;
- butter — 3 tablespoons;
- sour cream — 6 tbsp;
- salt and black pepper (ground) — to taste.
